Budget 90k+ ThinkPad P14s Gen 4 AMD 7840U has no OLED option

When OLED display option is available on the US website

Anyone have any idea why this is the case, or if/when it might show up locally too?

Yeah I had tried customising that, when you pick OLED it popups "invalid configuration" and doesn't let you proceed unless you pick non-OLED option :-(

Maybe I'm missing something, but it's allowing me to go to cart.

Ok I tried variations of the configuration and looks like if I pick windows option then OLED is available for both the p14 and p16 lol.

Now I have to see if the sales person can sell an OLED variant without OS.
For the time being:

Just now placed an order for a T14 (non S) Gen 4 model 7840U, 32gb, 1tb, 2880x1800 OLED for ₹ 1.45 lakhs including 3 yr ADP addon. Delivery expected in 2-3 weeks.

Other models like T14s, P14s, P16s all seem to require Windows option to get OLED This T14 is without OS (save minimum 10k).

Good thing there was the quirk with the P14s customisation options, else I would have recklessly got the top spec model spending an extra ₹50k
