NO IDEA about Overclock
13. Q: Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?
1. Windows 7 or Windows XP --32 bit

NO IDEA about Resolution

Screen resolution bruv, this should sound familiar 1024x 768 (most common CRT display setting) -- 1980x 1080 (full HD: 1080p) -- 1280x 720 and so on.

Processor -- Intel Core i5 2400 -- 9.5K
Motherboard -- ASUS P8H67 M EVO -- 9K ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards - ASUS P8H67-M EVO -- look for the B3 revision sticker before purchase, as you don't Over-Clock the H67 board works wonders for you.
Windows XP --32 bit
Why bruv go for a legal copy of MS windows 7 Home Premium edition ~ 6K forget your worries about Anti-virus (MS bundles a free AV which is very competent) + in today's day and age 64-bit is the new IN KEWL thing but I call it minimum standards and future-proof. -- Windows 7 Home Premium, Buy Windows 7 Home Premium Online in India
RAM -- Corsair Value RAM 1600 MHz 2* 2GB sticks -- 2.5K
Graphics card -- AMD HD 6850 -- 10.5K OR AMD HD 6870 -- 14K OR AMD HD 6950 -- 15.5K, as you're not a heavy gamer but I think a minimum is the HD 6850 in order because if you suddenly jump on the gaming band-wagon you must play at Medium settings at-least (in my view).
HDD -- 500GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 -- 1.7K
Optical drive -- LG OEM DVD-Writer ~ 1K
Cabinet + PSU -- NZXT Gamma + Corsair VX 550 ~ 2.2K + 4.5K
Monitor -- BenQ G2420 HD OR E2420 HD ~ 12K
UPS -- APC Back UPS 800 VA ~ 4.4K
Logitech mouse + Keyboard combo -- 550/-

I think that covers the bases bruv, hope this helps.
I'm not very informative on speakers so wait for others to pitch in.

Processor Intel Core i5 2500 10250

Motherboard Gigabyte H67MA-UD2H 7500

RAM Corsair XMS3 1600MHz CL9 2x2GB 2600

PSU Corsair VX450 3500
