Suggest a low power Download rig + OS

Guys need very low powered download rig.
I will be installing any of the Linux distro ... which has good support for torrent clients and sambha server to transfer the downloaded files.so let me summarize

1.Very low powered rig
2.OS with good support for torrent client (web interface) and support for USB or PCI powered wi-fi card

the download rig will be lying in the corner of my house with good air circulation.I will be just using it to download and transfer the data wirelessly to my laptop
 
Used netbook? Else a atom based rig.

Atom D410PT - 2.9k

1GB DDR2 - 0.5k (Used in warranty)

160GB/250GB/320GB HDD - 0.8k-1.2k (Used in warranty)

Some decent case w/o SMPS - 0.7-1k

FSP SAGAII 350 - 1.5k (Since its gonna be 24*7 i would suggest a good branded PSU)

Belkin/Asus wifi adapter - 0.85k

You can replace D410 with 425 , it supports ddr3 - Rs 3.1 k
