First of all hi, this is Sam and m bringing u guys at TE, the review of a new Modem + Router review.

I wont make it LONG... a few thoughts and Pros and Cons.

My thought: The modem looks STUNNING! Really one of the best ones i have come around. And its fast and doesnt drop connections like my old modem used to do. Software provided with the modem really helps everything go as smoothly and quickly as possible. The software installs some drivers, then a window pops up asking for QIS (quick internet setup) and it completes in 3 easy steps,

1. Router should be on(of course)

2. Enter the info provided by ur ISP

3. Press OK and start browsing.

Its all black with a silver layer in the middle with Fiber glass on it and Blue led indicators, looks damn cool. Now lets see the Pros and Cons.

Pros:

1. Good looks

2. Easy setup with the provided CD.

3. AWESOME wifi range and speed.(i have BSNL 750 UL and i get 65avg. download speed with full coverage on the 1st floor of my house. It reached a max speed of 112kbps on Nokia 5530)

4. 3 Years warranty :hap2:

Cons:

1. Price is moderate @ 2.5k INR

Features:

1. 150mbps Data rate

2. 5dBi Antenna

3. SSDIx4 Access Control

4. 4000v Lightning -proof

Hope u guys liked this small review. If one is in search for a modem + Router, then ur search is over mate :D

Enjoy the pics from a Sony Cyber shot C something

Not being harsh, But you can add some specifications at the least... :)

Could you give a step-by-step guide on how you configured the connection?

Lightning exploded my old bsnl modem yesterday and so bought this one for 2.3k in calicut which means it should be even cheaper in bigger cities. As the OP said, it looks real pretty and the setup is also as simple as it gets. Getting my buffalo router tomorrow after rma and I wonder if it can be used to recieve signals from it. Also the internet led never blinks even when net is connected and working fine. Is this normal or is there some problem the setup? From the pics the led isn't blinking in the OP's case either.

How is the coverage in the second floor .. my friend would buy this if it can cover 2 floors .. or he will go for a N13U RT B1
