query for mtnl delhi 1300 combo plan users

hi guys
just one question whats the download/upload speeds u get in this plan?

i am thinking of switching over to this plan as Rs. 800(1300 for plan which includes 500 pulses as well) for 512 kbps full day seems an excellent deal!
 
I use to get ~59KB/s down & 50KB/s up (Max).

But recently there has been some problem from the exchange.

I'm getting 53KB/s down & 26KB/s up from the past 3 weeks or so.

Have to get it sorted out.

FYI MTNL customer support is extremely pathetic. For any/every issue I have to go the Tel exchange.
 
Forgive the newbie question, but why is the plan rate for the MTNL combo plan the same as the regular plan (1299 for 512k and 599 for 256)? What is the exact difference between the two plans?
