Samsung YP-F2: a small MP3 player with LCD
At CeBIT 2006 Samsung has introduced its new flash based MP3 player YP-F2. Samsung YP-F2 is a tiny pendant-style player that weighs in at three-quarters of an ounce(tats just abt 21 g) but packs up to 2GB of memory.The player is equipped with LCD. There is the support of MP3, WMA, OGG and WAV. Its battery provides up to 12 hours of playback.
It will be introduced in Black and White versions.
It will retail as follows:
512 MB for $ 105
1 GB for $140
while
2 GB for $227, which is curiously more than the 2GB iPod nano.These r the approximate prices in Europe.
This year there is also an expected release of the YP-F2R player equipped with an FM-tuner.
