The
AMD Llano series is a good balance between CPU and GPU raw performance, it comes with a IGP on CPU die (the HD 6450 OR 6550), the motherboard has all the requisite outputs, including HDMI so no problems hooking it to your TV also. For HTPC and average gaming workloads this is the best you can get. If you want an Intel solution then aim for --

The Intel HD 2000 IGP with the Intel processor is weaker in gaming aspects so if you want decent gaming performance you'll have to invest in a discrete GPU.
