Budget 51-70k Need help with ram configuration

Can someone help me by confirming if the following model has 4+4 gb ram in which 4gb is soldered and one ram and be removed or not?

ASUS's website shows that these laptops have 1 standard DIMM slot, so you are correct.

One is soldered , the other is SO-DIMM. Do check with Asus if the RAM is field upgradble . Usually in these confgurations , upgrade is not possible due to imbalanced memory configuration. If budget permits , buy 8+8 GB .
