is any one facing any prob wid mtnl..
i have been facing prob wid dem for quite a long tym now..
no action has been taken from dere end
how to put it into consumer court!!??
 
What type of problem & mtnl mumbai or delhi? Visit Office or in-charge personally will help to solve your problem.
 
Having a problem myself. I just migrated from 256 to a 512 plan on MTNL. Only problem is the bastards have actually forgotten to increase my speed.
The plan has changed so I am paying for 512 Kbps but still getting 256. They closed my complaint without even doing anything.

Is there anything someone here can suggest? Calling 1504 doesnt help as the people on that number just tell me they cannot do anything and to call the 197 to get the number to complaint to area officer. Called the area officer and still nothing. Will going to the exchange help? I am at my wits end.

In Delhi BTW.
