Budget 0-20k Looking for Used/Renewed Mini PC Suggestions

I am looking to buy a mini pc that i will install linux and would run in headless mode (mainly use it runinng rasberry pico sdk and learning linux) . I initially thought of getting rasberry pi 5 8gb, but with all the accessories it would be over 10k at that price point i think a used/renewed mini pc would be better choice. Need something that atleast 8 threads and ssd.
