How to RMA Samsung 970 Evo nvme SSD?

I searched their website for info but didn't find anything, didn't find any email specific to support regarding storage. So I tagged them on social media and they redirected me to their WhatsApp support where the support person told me to visit nearest Samsung service center. But at service center they told me that they only service Samsung tv, phones and consumer appliances like refrigerators,ac, etc. but not SSD.

How do I claim warranty on my 970 Evo?

I remember someone mentioning that Supertron processes RMAs for Samsung SSDs, maybe find their nearest office?

Yeah it is supertron and you can easily get nearest address by calling customer care
