[Help] Office Wireless setup and hardware

I have 2 desktops in my office and want to connect them to the net using a Wireless Router/Modem and PCI/USB Wireless cards.

Please help me with the following:

1. What Wireless cards to get? PCI/USB? Approximate prices?

2. What Router/Modem to get for a BSNL Broadband connection? Would prefer a Router with a Modem built in rather than buying 2 devices.

3. A link to a good guide to help me setup things if possible.

4. What precautions should I take so that my network is secure?

if i'm not wrong BSNL is now giving away wireless modem at the cost of around 3k so u may like to buy it and then if u have a laptop u can use it's wifi or if u have desktop u can buy wifi adaptor of belkin or someother brand .the installation processs i very easy,u won't need any guide :)
