Heya,
I was just thinking that currently I'm using Cat5 +e LAN Cable and I have BSNL UL750+ Broadband Connection. :)

Currently I'm getting 50-60 Download Speed. :hap2:

So, switching from Cat5 +e to Cat7 will it increase speed or have any other effect?

waiting for ur replies.

No . ADSL2+ isnt capable of saturating even Cat5e on full bandwidth . Will increase your LAN transfer speeds though if other parts (Disk writing/reading speeds , type of LAN card 10/100/1000) etc are capable enough .

stick to 5e..more than sufficient for homes.if u r not satisfied go for cat 6.as manu said, u will never come close to maxing out 5e throughput using your adsl connection.

invest that money in getting a pen drive or something..:cool2:

Ya doing same, purchasing sandisk cruzer 8 GB for Rs. 735 Shipped.

Putting a cycle on the expressway doesnt make it go faster... so the answer is simply a no.
