Budget 21-30k gaming PC suggestion

I'm planing to buy a PC for gaming purpose..I need you guys to suggest me best about my requirements..

Processor-
preferable Intel or may be AMD if it is better than intel in performance with same price :happy26:
(Currently i'm using Athlon ii x3 445 and i'm having some issues with it..system hangs up everytime while
opening apps or copying,installing....So I prefer intel over AMD )
motherboard-
good enough and should be upgradable socket for future use
RAM-
prefer 1600 mhz any brand
PSU-
500w
Cabinet-
Should have good airflow vents
graphic card-
suggest between these hd 6870 or gtx 560 (Or any greater card suggestion would be appreciable)

Note: Suggest only low power consumption components :p

i dont think that your pc hanging had any relation to AMD but i might be wrong also. personally i feel AMD is better than intel because you can better specs at the same price that is offered by intel. AMD phenom series is a good buy. For the cabinet you might wanna have a look at the zebronics reaper.
