Firefox 1.0.6 Setup File Not Opening

I had downloaded the Mozilla Firefox 1.0.6 Setup exe file from the net recently. However, the file refuses to open. A 7-Zip window stating “UNSPECIFIED ERROR†is displayed, whenever the Setup exe file is double clicked. What can be the problem ?
 
Possibly a bad download - download it again and try.

But my problem with 1.0.6 is that after installation it does no open when I click on icon :mad: have to click repeatedly to get it to open. It is the only progam that does this on my computer ...... I had to go back to 1.0.4 which works fine in my setup.
