how to know which size to buy? if the silicon size of my ears is large then should i buy same size of foam tips too? or different ones? as they are costly i dont want to stuck with wrong size. thanks
 
Get the large ones. They will form a better seal. Do look at the knockoffs too. They will be less comfortable but more affordable.

The test is to squeeze the foam and see how long it takes to reform. With comply that will be more than thirty seconds. With cheaper foams it will be much faster maybe ten seconds. Both will seal just as well but comply will apply less pressure on the walls of the ear canal.
