Budget 71-90K Buying a Latitude from Dell India

I was trying to order a Dell Latitude 5420 from Dell india site. When it goes to the payment page, it requires a GST number. Is it possible to buy without a GST number? Is it only meant for business purposes?
 
I was able to buy a OptiPlex business AIO PC by contacting a sales representative via their website chat popup a few years ago, might still work.

They provide a temporary or dummy GST number to enter into the order but your final invoice etc is a normal one without GST.
