nice price to performance on the build.
u could go with a cheaper x320/350 mobo but that depends on the price difference and how much you want to save.
Also i dont know much about the availability of second hand 6600.
can you tell us how much a used 6600 goes for normally?
maybe get a 550-650W good quality psu.
refer to cultists psu list.

other than that the build is solid.

availability of second hand 6600
Must be hard to come by, considering how new the card is.

I think 2060super/2070super perform similar to 6600/6600XT, and those are relatively more available in the used market. I'll link a reference 50k build which leaves 21k for the GPU & cabinet.
I haven't paid much attention to product launches lately, so there could be better components for the price. This is just to show you that with a 50k budget, you could go for brand-new for the rest of the components.

i think used 6700xt are much more common and come around 19-20k.
this can be a better value.
if someone prefers nvidia, they may go with 3060, around 20-21k.

I have seen them for around 14-16k.

I have seen a couple on Facebook recently. If I cant find one, I will consider those GPUs, thanks.

6700XT is the ideal pick but does the jump from 6600 require a significantly more expensive GPU and maybe a UPS down the line?

6700xt has a rating of 225Watts , with underclock 200 is easily achievable .
i dont know much about 6600.
i would recommend to be on the lookout for a 6700 (non xt), 7 percent weaker than xt variant, consumes 130-150W only, so much more efficient.
if u are buying new the price is from 21-24k , depending upon the deals and ur luck.
