Hey ppl, please help me in choosing a phone for my dad. My budget is around 30k(i want to get the best possible phone for him

He is not gonna do a lot of customization or play around with the UI , so i guess a flashy touch screen android may not be needed(i have a galaxy, so i need to get something even better for him).He will be mainly using it for a lotttaaaaaaaaa phone calls, a lottaa emails , and the occasional photo and movies.
I was thinking of a more corporate choice.. may be the Blackberry Torch. I was also thinking about the I-Phone 4.
Can anyone suggest any other choices?
