I don't overclock. No box. I will put the CPU in an OEM CPU tray in which my Ryzen 4650G came along with a brand new Wraith Stealth Cooler (in its box). Also included is a Ryzen 5 sticker.

Point was just to make people aware that this CPU is on frequent sales at both websites at the mentioned price. Additionally, there's no availability issue for this chip.
So, it might be worth waiting for a sale and buy it new rather than used for the same price.
