It was Ekart, this is the second time it's happened. Both times, packages were lost when they were shipped during a sale period. It would appear the delivery people just toss out random packages to make their lives easier during the sale period. So I would not recommend using Ekart during any of Flipkart's sales.

The same has happened with Ecom Express and packages to Srinagar, the delivery people over there don't want spend time looking for an address so they just throw out the package. That's happened twice as well.
