Better go for vsonic vsd3s for 45$ and it comes with detachable cables too

c-12 are bass heavy,so vsd3 is better choice than re-400 and gr07. However gr07 be could be considered and will be ahead of vsd3 on everything. Gr07 be would be bester as it has more bass than mk2/ce. Also way better build quality than re-400. Sound wise re-400 and gr07 is neck and neck

Yeah for 1500 u cannot go wrong but consider tekfusion twinwoofers too.They are rated pretty highly for the bass.

Its not about money only,,,it offers superb value much better than an average smartphone or ipod. And u get that in just 30$,,not a bad bargain.
