info needed on IP address tracking

guys, I need someone who knows more about IP addresses and tracking.

1. when I send an email from Gmail account using iPhone, the receiver gets a number like Using iPhone Mail (20G97) on message header. is this unique to any particular iPhone?
2. Is it possible to track any iPhone or IP address of an iphone, just by receiving an email from email addresses linked to the iPhone? Can this be done individually without actually filing any complaint with police/or ISP?
3. As far as I know, 209.85.220.41 is IP address of gmail server. Someone is claiming the email originated from my iPhone just by having this server IP and this {Using iPhone Mail (20G97)} number. I don't think they have dealt anything with ISP to do the investigations
 
20G97 should be the IOS build number (most likely 16.x.x).
I am using ios 17.2.1 and the X-mailer in the mails is "iPhone Mail (21C66)".

It is one of the many gmail servers.

He BSing you. Ask him to share the full mail header. We can try decoding it.

If he shares the header, look for the line:

Received: from smtpclient.apple ([The IP Address]) by smtp.gmail.com with ESMTPSA id ...

This IP address was used to send the mail.
