Is Moglix reliable?
The subject line really says it all. I've known about moglix.com for quite some time but never purchased anything from them. Are they reliable, selling genuine products?

This is a generic answer to this - Check if the website is operating as a marketplace or their own warehouse model.
If marketplace model, check the seller and see his rating etc and take a chance - depending on website fulfilled or seller fulfilled. I had ordered from Amazon from a third-party fulfilled which did not come and got a refund after quite some followup.
If its the warehouse model and they are fulfilling them, then see earlier reviews, but better chances of not being scammed.
Warehouse model >= marketplace model, website fulfilled >>> marketplace model, seller fulfilled
This does not take into account that the website itself is a scam, there are several ones out there selling pixel earbuds or boat headphones or samsung/pixel watches and/or pixel phones at dirt cheap prices, via UPI only - nearly 100% fake
