just consider all of them to be 8 bit VA panel with 2 bit FRC for the fake extra colors.
Usually they will mention IPS or true 10 bit if the panel uses those specs and want to brag about it. If they only use marketing terms for brightness levels and display type then it means they go with the cheapest available panel and without stringent quality checks.

these TV are only capable of HDR decoding but can't produce HDR colors. Youtube HDR samples are over saturated gives fake impression of good quality

This is like saying an Nvidia 1030 is terrible to play games on. You are not its audience. If you really care about picture quality, this TV and this budget wouldnt be part of the conversation anyway.

For most people though, its fine.

eg, want something to stick in your parents bedroom so they can watch republic tv/aaj tak/whatever and turn their brains to oatmeal? This TV at this price works just fine. Anything more is a waste really :p

If parents are the target audience, then this is also not worth it for them, as they are accustomed to watching 360- or 720p content or the majority of SD channels, and for that matter, they require a TV with decent upscaling quality at the very least.
