Daikin uses some R32 or something as an alternative in inverter models, its something akin to R410a if not better, experts can say something here...but generally Daikin ones rock specially if it is for Office kind of puropose, solid built IDUs and quite silent too.

Absolutely true, ROI is a long shot in your case as with me , will be using only in summer. Also, is the Sharp One Inverter AC? i mean all ACs have Inverters right? its only the DC one's that are the power saving ones if i'm not wrong?

Similar Situation i was in untill last week, absolutely NO for 16:9 ratio for Trading or Reading or Web, thought of buying 16:10 one from dell but again out of budget, so got a Refurbished DELL 1907FPT UltrSharp 19" Square for 3.5K here @ Hyderabad. And No wonder people paid 15K+ for this beauty...
