Received the parcel today finally..... after almost 60 days. Delivered by Shadowfax courier.

After 22 days some movement. Anyone heard of shadowfax ? Seems some new courier company.

Whenever I ask for refund (i did once), their standard reply is please can you wait for 7 days bla bla.... Nothing much. I have also paid via Paypal. SO if banggood does not refund, how do we get a refund from Paypal ?

Not yet. Should I wait for 60 days or ask for the refund ? Customer service just gives this reply every time : We are sorry to inform you that your order XXXXXX would be delayed 7 business days or more due to the adjustment of India Tax. What India Tax ? That too after clearing customs.

What does the status say for your parcel. Mine is stuck at ready for last mile delivery yet.

12th March, 9 days after release, still no clue of the shipment. Thinking of asking for refund. Never going to buy from banggood.

I am in a similar situation. Its been a month since i ordered, and each process seems to be taking 10-12 days. God know when it will reach.

So after 11 days they planned to send the package and it is now in custom clearance stage since 23/2. god knows when it will arrive.

Hi I have ordered from banggood, and very frustrated the way things work. The tracking info has not updated for the past 10 days and the customer service keeps asking to wait for few days. Not sure if the package has even departed their facility or they are faking it.
