Nice! 2 more to go! Process is simple and safe. You don't need a new id. You will use your existing google account. One member will purchase the Youtube family plan and add email address of others who can also access the same benefits. No need to share credentials, etc.

I am not sure of the exact price right now but it's working out close to Rs. 400/per year/per head.

It's 378rs per year per member. You just send your email ID to the one who's hosting, they send you an invite via mail then you're linked to that member's family.

I don't need it personally but will take one slot for the TV account, so count me in.

Started with a family plan and as it is a new account, it includes 1 month trial starting today. So it will be 378 for 13 months. Have started the group with 5, so looking for another person to join now.
