My mobile screen is perfectly OK with no damage but touch is not working properly like in many areas touch is not at all working.
And many a times when i push the power button to ON the screen it goes blank and does not light up (not always) , just the three touch buttons light up but the screen remains blank and then i have to reboot the phone every time.
But since touch is not working so i am unable to use it properly even after that.
PS: I have done the factory reset but no change in the issues.
Kindly tell me what exactly are the issues with my phone.
