I just cannot find a Redmi Note 3 32GB phone anywhere. Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal are all out of stock. It seems the only place to buy the phone is on ebay but it is overpriced and I'm not entirely trustful of those deals. Does anyone know if this means there is no way to buy RN3 from these websites anymore or if this is a trend and it will get back in stock again?

No that won't release in India.. mediatek.. Besides India only gets odd series of redmi note
Case against Xiaomi for Mediatek - thats why only Qualcomm in India. Case was by Ericcson for FRAND patent I believe. Curiously, they are not going after other vendors like MMX?
Ah head about this before. And well it seems they filed against Intex and Micromax too for some patent infringements..

No idea mate. Users on XDA have reported that it isn't working on CM13, but I personally haven't tried to verify it, but I can't see the option of VoLTE anywhere in the settings either.
generally custom rom support for volte is not very good

You can easily find it at Tata Cliq stores. They are a reputed brand, so if you want to go ahead and buy, shouldn't be a problem. Also the price is same as Mi/Amazon.
