Warranty not honoured - stay away from proaudiohome!

I bought earphones from proaudiohome which conked last month.


As they are still under warranty, I decided to get them repaired/replaced.

I tried -
Messaging them on facebook - no reply
Called every possible number on their website - no one picks up.They actually have posted numbers with no relation to their comapany there.
Emailed them.No replies either.
Posted on their forums.Moderator shamefully ignored the thread.


Please do not buy their products, they products will stop working and they will offer no help whatsoever!!

Pathetic experience.
 
Sad to hear, PristineNote was one of the better dealers here back in the day.
Infact I was browsing through their site just today since I'm looking for a new DAC, thanks for the warning.
