Budget 10-15K Upgrading from Moto G 1 to 3

I am currently using Moto G 1st gen, is it worth it to buy G3 ? or can i get better phones in the same price bracket ?

From Moto G1 to Moto G3, def yes. Moto G has been a proven performer.
A wise decision and imo, the best option in the price range.

Other options would be Samsung J5 and J7, but no reviews that i have seen yet.
Asus Zenfone 2 has reported stuttering so that one trails behind these 3 for contention.
Samsung Galaxy S4 has been blasted by users for its tacky Lollipop performance. Unless the option of immediate rooting is onboard, i wont suggest S4 to people.
I hope you have only Android platform on your mind.

I dont favor those chinese rebranded/OEM phones. Lenovo's Motorola still has my faith.

I think you should not go for Moto G3 as there are many other option with better display, camera & ram.

Devices you can buy for the same price:
Mi4i
Asus Zenfone 2
K3 note
Honor 6

Other wise look on Olx you can get your hands on second hand Oneplus one not too old though
