Unable to access specific sites

My neighbor works from home.

He has hathway broadband and isnt able to access some websites and its affiliates such as:
www.tmtcintl.com
www.marktravel.com

When tried on phone these sites work properly.
His work is hampered as many such sites arent accessible at all.

Wonder why will hathway block these sites as they arent related to porn, attacks or torrents or if not blocked why are these sites inaccessible from a specific ISP.

We changed the dns to google free ones but same issue.

The sites are accessible via vpn tools but vpn aint free right.

Alternatively kproxy.com worked though but once he started digging inside the site the pages didnt load further.

I think escalating to hathway wont do any good nor will they bother for a site or two unless a large list of site is provided.

Try https://simplednscrypt.org/ and use cloudflare as resolver and see if that works for you. Running DNS Over Htttps worked for me if the sites used https encryption.
Another option is to use something like a windscribe vpn to access the sites.

TOR is dangerous as it does p2p. The best best is pick up a good vpn provider. Nowdays it is really cost effective if you pick for 2 years or more (somewhere aroud usd 80)
