Found this through modaco.
T Mobile Pulse Mini which has android 2.1 and decent specs like wifi, GPS, 3G, 3.1 Mpx camera, bluetooth, SD card etc etc

1. No free unlock code available as of now. Need to pay 14 GBP for that.
2. Only PINK color available. Not for Guys i suppose :p
3. Ordering through tmobile website will need one to enter a HOME address in UK similar to what is on the card used to order. So will need to take help of some friend there who has a card.
4. Selling on ebay UK for 10-30 GBP higher.
5. Need to buy the additional 10 GBP topup.
