I saw today Starnet has good plans and cheap below are the plans want to feedback on its service.

What kind of setup is it? FTTB?

^ Updates us after an month on how well it goes. Anyways Your ISP uses Pure Reliance Bandwidth > Ping sucks twice in a month.

Pings are mostly 3-4 i just re-run multiple test and it came 3 only

How do i find out whether torrents are cached or not ? I remember there was a website which used to tell you that , youtube seems cached also DC++ how do i find this out

Being using since Tuesday , really good there is no disconnection no pathetic login dialer.YouTube is cached so 1080p runs at 75Mbps so no buffering and popular torrents are cached as well so speed on torrents is 3MB~.

P2P caching, usually i check for peers, I can find my ISP's multiple IP with very high speed only for Indian content, They don't cache overseas content Except a few like Xtreme peering.

way of finding youtube caching is similar to how you found.

Can you ask if it is available in juhu? I tried calling them and mailed them but no reply.
 
No they are locally based in Mira Bhayandar only , there would be other operators like 5net and other in Juhu

I stay at Pleasant Park.. I had only two options

1) Tikona - Used it for a few months. Good trouble free experience, but FUP spoiled the fun.
2) Local Cable Provider - They are the one who provides 5net (www.ramrahimcable.com). The plans are expensive (150 Rs extra for dc++ plans). I opted for 512 kbps, priced at 650 plus 150 for Dc++ (Popeyehub.net) . Never regretted my decision, YouTube cached, less ping time, never felt slow browsing experience and most importantly there are tons and tons of sharing in DC++, constant download speed of above 3 MBps :) :grinning::sunglasses::triumph: . On the downside, there are a few downtime now and then, but nothing major so far..
 
No hub here but never felt for it since I don't get the generic stuff so even of there would have been hub it wouldn't have matter much
