Shree Ganesh Enterprises. Defective product from Ebay. Seller no longer on ebay.

I bought a Kobo Glo from seller: atharaventerprises2014 this month. The product was dead on arrival and unfortunately I accepted the receipt.
In the invoice , the seller details are as follows.
Shree Ganesh Enterprises
A 101 GULMOHAR CHS PLOT NO 52 an
NAvi Mumbai - 410210

I googled but couldn't find such a shop. Someone from Mumbai, do you know of this shop... Is there any way I could contact now that the ebay account isn't in use?
 
File eBay guarantee asap. If your purchase is within 30 days from today, ebay will cover it. Don't say DOA as ebay expects you to raise DOA within 7 days. Say defective or whatever.
 
I contacted Kobo and they approved warranty but they asked me to go with the proof of purchase (invoice from Crossword/ Cromaretail.) I only have the invoice from the above mentioned Shree ganesh Enterprises.

Now waiting or response from eBay.. Hoping things will straighten out...
 
was able to contact the seller... he was very cooperative.. his deletion of ebay account immediately after the sale was what made me panic.. but he seems to be very trustworthy. Once again thanks both of you .. :)
