The display, the software and the camera are better in the Tab S.

But Mipad has Tegra K1 which is just plainly a beast when it comes to gaming.
Also MiPad is a 4:3 aspect ratio tab whereas Tab S is 16:10.

It really depends on your usage requirements. For all the features like multi-window, gestures, fingerprint sensor, Display etc Tab s has the edge.
