Rich Oehler,Renowned Microprocessor & Multi-Processing Systems Architect, joins AMD

SUNNYVALE, CA -- March 28, 2005 --AMD (NYSE: AMD) announced today that Rich Oehler, a 40-year industry veteran well known for his groundbreaking work in microprocessor, symmetric multi-processing and mission-critical systems design, has joined AMD's Office of Strategy and Technology reporting to CTO Fred Weber.
