Yes it is very handy for automating tasks in Windows.
Isn't autoit the one which is used for writing usb autorun viruses?
For me W3schools was useful for getting the beginners info on JS, PHP, HTML5, CSS etc.

These are mainly for competitive coding which is kind of the trend now . Other sites like Hackerearth, Hackerrank, Codechef are always there for practice and challenges. But tutorials on these sites benefited me a lot hope it benefits you too.
