Extremely difficult under 1L unless you have some of the components from previous builds.
so should i stick to OP or go for i7 4960k rather???
I do prefer Corsair TX V2 650W over seasonic.(your view on it)
my rig "Intel Core i5 3550
Intel DH77-KC
G.Skill RIPJAWS 2x4gb
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB
LG OEM DVD drive
Corsair TX V2 650W
Corsair Carbide 400R
Sapphire HD 7950 dual-X 1192OCSR (950 Mghz)"

Guys i have picked i5 4690k+ asus z 97 a, still working on rest of the rig.
and about ram, should i stick to 1600 mghz or go for higher ones.

If this is your current rig then you can keep the corsair tx psu and just get an ssd.
w.r.t gpu; i would also pick the gtx 970, but i recommend you to wait at least till the end of march before deciding since amd and nvidia will both be launching new chips.
As for the ram, 1600 mhz ram is fine since the performance bump from higher speeds does not seem worth the premium imo. I would consider quality of the ram chip used instead of it's speed.

i7-4790K + a z97 based motherboard. Since you already have 8GB of RAM get another 8. As @Crapmypants suggests keep the GPU for now and upgrade a few months down the line.

I got a 5820K based system but am yet to see it utilized 100%. In hindsight I could have saved 20k+ and gone with a 4790K based system.
