I,I used a pentium for gaming for like last 3 years,90% of games will run fine and only some will show a fit.if u can afford an i3 without cutting the other options then go for it

All money I saved I'm going to invest in this.
Is this combo OK?or something I need to change? I'm going to OC that is why I have chosen OC motherboard+graphics card.

Hard drives??, and now is the best time to buy a SSD,in 2017-2018 prices will rise by 30%
Also rx460 is faster then 750ti and also 4 years newer

~ Do not go for overclocking CPU. Games would hardly benefit from it, instead put better GPU.
~ Do not compromise on PSU. It is one time purchase, often neglected by many.

I assembled myself gaming rig for complete 40,000 approx 2 months back.I chose i3 6098p than 6100 and bought for only 7700.
i3 6098p differs from i3 6100 only 0.1 ghz and IGPU is better in i3 6100 but we dont need iGPU.
Rest i bought vs450 + sapphire rx 460 4gb + ecs motherboard for 4300 only
But i will advice you go for Asus motherboard ...
A big NO for this.

I think the vs series is fine for handling a RX460.. I even used it briefly to power a 660 without any issues..

Why?Should I go for 550watt PSU?
Not for capacity but for Corsair VS series. You can pick up Seasonic S12II 430 but it will cost way out of your budget at 4k. Hence I suggested Antec VP450.

..DELL D2015H though it has VGA port but it dosent matter
Playing JC3 and GTA V mainly
Dont go from Amazon.I dont know about your area but if possible check the local prices first...
Use primeabgb or mdcomputers for reference not amazon and flipkart.....primeabgb and mdcomputers will give you current cost in market as if you are locally purchasing

Why antec is better than corsair?
I am not saying Antec as a whole is better than Corsair. It is this particular series from Corsair is not recommended.

One is Intel i3 7th gen.
Another one is AMD ZEN series with hyper threading.
Should I wait for these two?

I don't think it will be available before may since they are still polishing the processors for release.
PS zen won't be that cheap, so you might have to wait for the quad core versions(Gamer friendly) to rollout.
7th gen is not a worthy upgrade over 6th, it just that the Intel cannot get away with their ill practices. You will probably pay a good premium over 6th to get next to no noticeable performance.
i3 6100 /6108p is good bet if you are looking for budget friendly processor and not looking into cpu intensive stuff!!

Highly doubtful. Since last few years, after no competition from AMD, Intel is just releasing processor with little bump in processing power on almost same price point. Next gen may cost 500 bucks more but highly doubtful that prices of current gen will come down.
