Massdrop stuck in customs

My drop is stuck at customs.
It's only 1870/-
Contacted DHL and they are like handed to Indiapost
But Indiapost tracking doesnt work.

Any help?

If there is customs office in pune then this should also be there

Customs office is at Mumbai or Delhi. Not in Pune.
