Lumia 950 & 950XL coming to India in December; Surface Pro in January

Surface is gonna launch for the first time officially in Indian markets in January 2016. People looking for the latest flagship Lumias 950 and 950XL need to wait even lesser than that. They will launch in December.

Now, we'll need to wait for the pricing..!

Come January, Microsoft Corporation will launch the Surface Pro 4, its latest mobile computing device, in the country.

"We will bring the Surface Pro 4 and the Lumia 950 to India in January and December, respectively," Chief Executive Satya Nadella announced here today.

Finally these are unveiled here. Lumia 950 goes for ₹43,699 and XL version goes for ₹49,399. It is going on sale from December 11 via Amazon India, Croma and Reliance Digital (not sure if they are limited to these stores only). Customers who are pre-ordering will get free display dock worth of ₹5,999.

Well, there goes the last nail in the coffin. Pricing was the only thing that could have saved these (relatively bland looking Lumias) from other flagships. And who knows how long they'll keep changing the OS !
