    visual studio 2008
    3dsmax 2010
    photoshop cs4
    flash cs4
    zbrush

    thats all i need to write games and design some art :cool2::boxing22:

    any1 else on TE learning game development or developing games as a career?:)

    Hi friends, I am new to TE and want to share a few of my favorite programming tools here.
    MinGW - Minimalist GNU for Windows.
    NSIS - Nullsoft Scriptable Install System

    I quite like the Multiflex web templates found here

    Also my list includes already mentioned Notepad++, TextPad, Visual Studio express editions and DreamWeaver.

    text editors: vim,kate,notepad++ etc.

    VCS: Subversion,GIT,Mercurial.

    Firefox (with firebug)

    Full LAMP stack etc

    VB 6.0 - Apps. blah blah...

    Although I've studied C++ & Java, they aren't my favs. :p

    Crimison Editor for Coding <-handles everything for me. :eek:hyeah:
