Just to let everyone know the entire scenario that @suarezian has pointed out.

If you're buying from payTM:
First, PayTM requires the paytm wallet to have atleast 1,000/- in the wallet to be eligible for transfer, and
Second, PayTM will charge 4% of the transfer that you're about to make.
