Jio TV now available as website

You will need you Jio ID to signin. They say, it will work on other providers' mobile network as well as WiFi. I read somewhere that it would need an active Jio SIM for JioTV web to work.

That's all then ? No need to pay anything to Jio ? Anybody tried ?

Even on jiotv app you can use wifi to stream content, It has been like this since they moved out of free period.

It is same as using their jiotv app but now has a website so that you can stream it on computer or any gadget which has a browser.
Yes you need to pay jio meaning you have to be a active jio user.
I ported out of their " jio4g" to airtel and my id let's me log in but video doesn't load on both app and website. I don't regret a bit because now my average speed is more than 10Mbps instead of less than 1Mbps and calls never drop.
 
Under construction is now gone. The videostream doesn't work for me though. Anybody tried it?

Jiocinema.com is working fine though.
