Android Is there any half-decent music player on android?

Since Xiaomi's update policy has gone to the dogs since the release of MIUI 6 (and subsequently in MIUI 7) where the default music player is a serious downgrade from the MIUI 5 one, I am looking for a decent music player with the following features:

1. Auto playlist support: Recently Added, Most Played, Recently Played, etc.
2. Ability to sort by Album, artist, and songs
3. A decent equalizer (fancy features like bass boost, etc. are not required)
4. Good UI & Navigation
5. Ability to create playlist and arrange songs in the playlist.

My search upto now on the Play Store did not yield any app that fits my requirements. Its only filled with Google Play Music clones. I hate that UI/

Agree. After purchasing Poweramp never looked for any other music player. Try it, full version available to try for a month, purchase later if you like.

Yes. Its a Google Music clone.

The Auto playlist is the most important feature that I require.

BTW, I grabbed a modified apk of Sony Walkman and it fits my needs.

Nowadays I am using this app on my phone. I too was in search for a simple and elegant music player, and I did not like most of them. This one though is really cool.

TTPod was great for me until it started to integrate social media features into the player and destroyed it. Surely an elegant player though.
