Greetigs to all !
i am facing a problem recently with my 7yr old lg 19" lcd monitor !

Every time i have a cold boot, i.e first time boot, the monitor respose for 1-2 sec and then goes blank like displaying all black color ! Not off !

If i press the monitor power off button, and again on it, it gives me screen but again goes black !
sometime while working it goes black but if we take a closer look, we can see desktop !

This only happeneds for first 20 to 30 mins for boot. Then it dont repeat Even if i restart the computer.

Is it my gtx 760 or its monitor ?????

i could have posted a video but forum don't support video file types [emoji17]

Thank you for reading [emoji4]

What are your display Screen refresh rates set to?
Try resetting monitor settings to its defaults as well on monitor itself.

Also try a lower resolution to test.

If you're still able to make out the desktop when the screen goes dark, then it means your LCD's backlight has turned off. Could be a simple issue with the backlight driver/inverter electronics, or could be a dying backlight itself - which is more difficult to fix since the backlights are integrated into the panel.

If I on - off the display for 5 - 6 times with the button on monitor, it does starts normally ! Then no problem ! Its like it is taking kicks to start or get booted or heated ... don't know what to call [emoji29]

that's really irritating [emoji17]
