Budget 0-20k Intel budget build ...

For a relative.
Budget build, non gamer, basically browsing, video playback, simple word/excel, music playback.

I wanted Intel G5400 + Gigabyte B360M-DS3H. G5400 could not find, anyone got it so far ?
OR
Intel G4560 + Gigabyte B250M-DS3H. B250 mobos not available.

Any suggestions ?

He would not like to spend more than approx Rs 10K for CPU+mobo.

What would be the lowest price for AMD 2200G + decent mobo ?
 
He and his kids prefer a desktop with the larger screen :) Movies I guess.
He needs it urgently, his AMD athlon II X2 250 system just expired.

Roughly 11,600 with this ASRock mobo

However, please note that this will need DDR4 RAMs with cost of 8GB being anywhere between 6-7K.

What RAMs with this ? DDR3 ? Because both of following also would need DDR4 RAMs.

Here you go. But its still coming soon.
 
Except for the hard disks, will buy new components.
The CPU + mobo were the only prob, that's why I asked.
