Graphic Cards How to get warranty on ZOTAC card?

I have a ZOTAC 470 card purchased 5 years before and need warranty for that.

Purchased date is: Sep 11, 2010
Extended warranty registration: Sep 17, 2010

Dealername : MediaHome.in

Tried contacting zotac direct support, but no reply. Any idea hot to claim their 5 years warranty service?

which city are you in? I think aditya infotech is the distributor for zotac so they will handle warranty.
